How do I order a part from SunMotorbike Parts?
Find the part with the search box or by category, press ADD, then CHECKOUT. You pay securely on Stripe Checkout with a card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can also email sunmotorbike@gmail.com and we will help.
How much is shipping?
Shipping in the United States is a flat $8.95 per order and free when you order 3 or more parts. Delivery is usually 3 to 7 business days after the order ships.
Where do you ship from?
Orders ship from Miami, Florida (270 NW 58th Ave, Miami, FL 33126) to addresses in the United States.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At the moment we ship to US addresses only.
How do I know a part fits my scooter, mini bike, go-kart or motorcycle?
Each product page lists the models it fits. If you are not sure, email sunmotorbike@gmail.com with the make, model, year and a photo of the old part and we will confirm the fit before you buy.
What is your return policy?
You can return unused parts in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery for a refund. Email sunmotorbike@gmail.com first so we can send return instructions. See the returns page for details.
What if a part arrives damaged or wrong?
Email sunmotorbike@gmail.com within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will replace it or refund it, including shipping.
Do you sell complete scooters, ATVs or go-karts?
No. SunMotorbike Parts sells replacement parts only, no complete vehicles.
Are your parts OEM?
We are an independent supplier. Parts are new replacement parts; brand and model names are used only to describe fitment. We are not affiliated with or authorized by any vehicle manufacturer.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed by Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never see or store your card number.
How fast do you reply to questions?
Email is the fastest way to reach us at sunmotorbike@gmail.com. We usually answer the same day.
