Returns & refunds policy

60-day returns

You can return new, unused parts in their original packaging within 60 days of delivery.

How to return

1. Email sunmotorbike@gmail.com with your order number and the part you want to return.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Ship the part back with tracking.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the part. Original shipping is not refunded unless the part was damaged, defective or wrong. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the return is our error.

Damaged, defective or wrong parts

Email us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace or refund the part, including shipping costs.

Not returnable

• Parts that were installed, used, modified or damaged after delivery.
• Electrical parts that were connected and show signs of use.
